" Has Urban Splash come to Oxton? probably not but it feels that way - better than that you may argue, for this is not city new or reclaimed but rather good old Oxton and with the Village just a ten minute or so walk, the location is as good as it gets...and at this price....

You can have this completely cool apartment; and what a genuinely refreshing surprise it is. Nothing quite like it in its price range seen before, certainly in this postcode. Almost stuck for words ...so yes speechless, almost. Surprise attack Come up to this first floor flat - bijou, pied a terre, what you will. It's very stylish, it's very friendly, it's fun, it's practical and whilst it's only a one bedroomed it's one very big one...big enough in the sitting room, in fact, to seriously consider dividing into two. (Windows either side make it that much more straight forward a proposition perhaps). Then again indulge in the huge amount of space this living room provides. You can even keep it minimalistic given the room in the hall to place the study area - and for the considerable amount of storage in the bedroom. Got style ..and it's this bedroom that many will fall for; accessed via a spiral stairs, this is as generous as its gets for a double - even with the wall to wall wardrobes (that have a touch of oriental about them) - this and the fact that the bedroom is to the rear of the apartment and thus the building. Dreamy Although of course it's the bathrooms and kitchens that are often and quite rightly the most two important rooms in the home. Neither disappoint. The kitchen is streamline, fashionable. The bathroom is something else - exciting and bold and yet seductive, lush almost: a bathroom that would sit proudly in the pose-iest of bathroomware mags. Tenure The apartment is leasehold with the remainder of a 999 year lease. Current service charge is ?65.00 per month.

Please clarify the details of the lease with your solicitor prior to exchange of contracts. We've said enough, too much. Do we recommend it? Yes we do - for all of the above and probably more. Bear in mind too to enjoy Oxton it's best done on foot. So leave your car or cars - for there's packs of space and walk up to the village, it's not far. For a 'paper and a pint of milk just stretch around the corner to Wellington Road where there's a good bread shop too.
