" This is simply just a lovely, very large, yet truly cosy one bedroomed top floor flat within a smartly run and maintained converted Victorian house in Oxton....

And the first noticeable feature is indeed how tidy and 'ship shape' the communal entrance area is - a good sign of good management and respectful neighbours - it's also quite an appealing period entrance too. So to the very top floor and you'll soon appreciate the large landing sized roof light giving plenty of natural light through and down the stair well. We're sure we're not alone to experience an immediate welcoming atmosphere on stepping in to the flat itself. It's uncomplicated lay out, soft decor and good light (roof lights to the kitchen and bedroom) make for a very comfortable home. The main living room is indeed extra large, then again, so is the bedroom. Compare sizes with our floor plan below. The living room has a living flame fire and surround as the main focal point to the room, although there is a particularly pleasant view from the window too - of course being so high up makes for plenty of bright light too. And the bedroom is bigger than you'll find in most flat developments - and often in much pricier apartments. The two windows to this room make it especially appealing.
