This recently modernised 2 bed mid-terraced house is perfect for a couple or young family.  It has great transport links, about 15 minutes walk or a short bus ride away from the town centre  also great, fast links to Birkenhead, Liverpool, Prenton, Heswall.

There are local shops at the bottom of the road and St Catherines Hospital is at the top of the road.  Bus routes exist at both ends of this road: on Derby Road (top end) and Borough Road (bottom end).

As you walk through your front door and entrance area you are in the spacious lounge/dining room with stairs and kitchen off the dining room. The bathroom is off the kitchen.

The bedrooms are larger than normal due to us removing the chimney breasts making both rooms suitable for double bed occupation.  The bedroom to the front of the house is the larger at 3.4m x 3.4m. 

The bedroom to the rear of the house measures 3.6m x 2.5m and houses the combi boiler within a large cupboard.

The through lounge is a generous 7.6 metre x 3.4 metre.  It also features a lovely fireplace with LED electric fire and a bay window to the front.
