" This semi detached home is located on a popular small close of similar properties built by Tudor Homes. The property comprises entrance porch, entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen, UPVC CONSERVATORY, 3 bedrooms and a replacement bathroom. Outside to the front is a driveway with enough space for THREE CARS, leading to the DETACHED GARAGE. To the rear is a SOUTH WESTERLY FACING garden with boundary wall providing privacy. The property enjoys UPVC double glazed windows and doors and a replacement bathroom. The current owner has made a number of improvements including the addition of a conservatory and a porch.
