The hallway with many original features including staircase leading to the first floor landing, original decorative ceiling mouldings and the original dipped doors to the dining room and lounge. It additionally benefits from access to the downstairs w.c. with reclaimed wood block flooring, ornate reclaimed radiator and modern glazed door to the kitchen/living area. The kitchen/living area has been fitted with a matching range of base and eye level units with wooden rolltop workspace over units. A sunken one and a half bowl stainless steel sink unit with swan neck mixer tap. Integrated: washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and five ring ceramic hob.
