" This is a well proportioned 4 bedroom terraced house on the border of the Cathays/Roath area, comprising 3 large reception rooms, small conservatory storage area, kitchen, utility room and downstairs W/C on the ground floor, with a courtyard garden to the rear. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 single) and bathroom. The property has gas fuelled central heating, and is partially double glazed. The house is in a very good condition with original Victorian period features throughout, including fireplaces, cornice and picture rails, decorative tiled flooring, stripped doors and cupboards. There is either tiled or stripped wooden flooring throughout. Residents only on-street parking is available.

The property is within Cardiff High School catchment area with feeder primary schools and a nursery close by and within walking distance.

Mackintosh Place is conveniently placed for all your needs. At the nearer north end of the street less than 2 minutes away is a convenience store, cash point, café and delicatessen. Walk a little further and you?ll reach Roath Park, with its scenic lake and the recreational fields. These are used by many for fitness and sports as well as boating, walks and the large childrens play area.

Going south toward the opposite end of the street is the junction of Mackintosh Place, Albany Road, City Road, Richmond Road and Crwys Road.
