The property is access by foot from The Hayes Cardiff (next to Starbucks) and a lift will take you directly to the eight floor. 

If you are driving to the apartment, you will access the property by driving into St Davids 2 car park, utilising your INCLUDED parking space on level three, which is conveniently located next to the rear entrance of the apartment block. 

Having crossed the manicured roof gardens, you take the lift to the apartment. 

For those with a second vehicle, you will be provided with a second parking space at a cost of £91.25 a month or £3 per day that you require the space. 

The accommodation comprises on entrance hall, large lit utility room offering lots of storage space and a washer/drier, an upgraded open plan lounge/kitchen which offers appliances to include an integrated oven/hob, microwave and dishwasher. 

The lounge offers a balcony complete with a table and chairs for two with views reaching beyond Cardiff and over the beautiful surrounding mountainous country side and also a beautiful view of the Millennium Stadium. 

Both bedrooms are double and are complete with double beds and fitted wardrobes in addition to a selection of occasional draws and free standing units. 

High quality desks and chairs can be provided for no additional cost to accommodate International Students.

The en suite bathroom to the master bedroom offer a double shower with rainfall shower fitting, wc and vanity sink. There is also a fitted draw and selection of shelving. 

The family bathroom has been fitted to the same standard as the en suite but as a further benefits also includes a bath with shower over. 

The bathrooms are both fully tiled and we are able to supply a hand held bidet shower for a small additional cost for those who require a toilet with a hose. 

We are able to offer the apartment to include all cutlery, crockery, Plasma TV, essential electrical items and bedding for a small supplement. 

We also also able to include the internet and water within the rent meaning that you will only have to pay for the electric and if applicable the council tax.
