SUMMARY
This three bedroom family home is well suited to any growing family or young couple, with access to the communal play area just yards from your front door. With seperate kitchen, dining room and lounge, three bedrooms, family bathroom and parking to the rear of the property.


DESCRIPTION
Longstanton is a village in South Cambridgeshire, just 6 miles north-west of Cambridge.
The village has a number of shops and businesses, including a local supermarket, the black bull public house and a Post Office. There are also a doctor, a dentist and two veterinary practices. The local recreational ground has football, cricket and tennis facilities; there is also a bowls club. Further to this there is a children's play area which was refitted in 2015.
The village also has Hatton park primary school and is in the secondary school catchment area for Swavesey village collage. In regards to transport, the busway opened in 2011 and there is a park and ride car park in Longstanton. There are frequent daily services from Longstanton to Cambridge and St. Ives via the busway. There are also services to the local villages via bus.
