" A spacious semi detached house, set in a quiet location within walking distance of Great Shelford High Street and the railway station.

The property provides light and well-proportioned living space, with a large open plan sitting / dining room, conservatory and a separate kitchen / breakfast room, there are also two good size doubles and a single bedroom.

The kitchen / dining room is fitted with a range of wall and base units with an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The large living room is dual aspect and opens to the conservatory which in turn leads to the garden. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor the landing opens to three bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom to the front is fitted with built in wardrobes.
