" 7 Copperfields is a fine, detached town residence situated in an exclusive cul-de-sac location of similar style properties backing onto school playing fields, and has south facing gardens. The property is of brick and block construction with part-rendered elevations under a tiled roof and, in addition, has a studio annexe within the rear garden. The layout is shown on the plan, but the property does offer spacious and versatile accommodation with light and airy rooms. The reception hallway links through to the large sitting room with an attractive feature fireplace and sliding patio doors to the rear garden. The well appointed kitchen/breakfast room has an extensive range of cabinets and links through to the superb conservatory and dining room.
