" 83 De Vigier Avenue is a well located semi detached property built in the early 1980s of brick construction under a tiled roof and has subsequently been extended and completely refurbished to provide a comfortable and spacious family home. The property is situated at the end of the avenue, on a large corner plot, with additional land running behind the garage overlooking farmland. The ground floor accommodation is predominantly laid with birch wood floors and the reception hallway has a staircase leading to the first floor. There is a dining room with a double glazed door leading through to the rear garden, a spacious utility room with a large tumble-dryer and a sitting room with an attractive fireplace with gas coal-effect fire and double glazed doors leading through to the rear terrace. The well appointed kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets, fitted appliances, oven and fridge-freezer, deep butler sink with mixer tap, tiled splash surrounds and large under-stairs recess area. The first floor accommodation has a landing area and 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom has a white suite with panelled bath and shower unit with screen.
Outside, to the front of the property is parking for one vehicle, leading to the garage which is 16' x8' 2" with a single up-and-over door, power and light connected. The pathways lead round to the rear garden which is approximately 58ft x 35ft, laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting, a large terrace with a wild life pond. There is an additional side pathway leading to a further split level paved area which is approximately 50ft x 12ft with views over farmland.Directions
