" Patmores is an extremely well presented semi detached town house of brick and block construction under a tiled roof, built in the late 1990s, with a south facing courtyard, garaging and parking. The property is conveniently situated off Church Street in a private cul-de-sac and boasts an additional secured gated pedestrian access directly to the Market Square. The property is arranged over two floors and offers a spacious reception hallway with a turning staircase to the first floor with large under-stairs cupboard and cloakroom off. The sitting room has French doors leading to the sunny walled courtyard which is not overlooked. The open-plan kitchen/dining room is a particular feature of the property, with the kitchen area fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets with integrated fridge-freezer, eye-level microwave oven, separate gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
