A detached, five bedroom family home with well-arranged accommodation of excellent proportions and a detached garage, offering tremendous potential for a growing family. The property is located in a highly sought-after cul-de-sac to the south of the city centre, within walking distance of Addenbrooke's Hospital.

Almoners Avenue is a calm residential road of good quality residences peacefully tucked away in the favoured Queen Ediths Way area of the City. All usual facilities are readily available including nearby shopping in Cherry Hinton and Wulfstan Way, excellent schooling including the Netherhall, Perse and Sixth Form College as well as Queen Edith Junior School. The property is ideally placed for access for Addenbrookes hospital and Cambridge Station and Wandlebury, Roman Road, Gog Magog Hills and Golf Club are within a mile or two.
