ACCOMMODATION ENTRANCE HALL: Laminate wood floor, double glazed door, radiator, storage cupboard. KITCHEN/DINER: Two double glazed windows, double glazed door, range of wall and base units, laminate wood floor, integrated gas hob, electric double oven, extractor hood, inset sink unit, integrated dishwasher, integrated washer dryer, integrated fridge, radiator. LOUNGE: Double glazed window, radiator, TV point, gas fire, telephone point, laminate wood floor. BATHROOM: Two double glazed windows, radiator, bath with overhead shower, W.C, wash hand basin, laminate wood floor. BEDROOM: Double in size, double glazed window, radiator, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets. BEDROOM: Single in size, double glazed window, radiator. EXTERNALLY Externally there is a a garden to the front and the rear of the property with a brick paved driveway. FACILITIES Heating is by way of gas fired central heating with a gas fire in the lounge. DIRECTIONS From Whitehaven take the B5295 to Cleator Moor, through Cleator Moor turn left onto the B5086 towards Cockermouth turn left into Arlecdon, along Barwise Row turn left onto Arlecdon Road. Turn right onto Murton Park, the property can be found straight ahead. THE RENT The rent is paid on a calendar monthly basis, in advance, and excludes all charges for Services, Council Tax etc. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A deposit will be paid by the tenant, prior to the commencement of the tenancy, equivalent to a six weeks full rent which will be returned at the end of the tenancy providing there is no damage, the Inventory is correct and there are no rent arrears.
