This well presented unfurnished family home offers well proportioned rooms briefly comprising; lounge, breakfast kitchen, dining room, three beds & bathroom, plus ample driveway parking with front and rear gardens. Pets will be considered at the landlords discretion.

ACCOMMODATION: ENTRANCE: front door leading into hallway with access to stairs and door into; LOUNGE: with wall mounted gas fire, window to front and door to; KITCHEN: breakfast kitchen with a range of oak effect wall and base units, ceramic hob, eye level oven and grill, window to the rear, back door onto driveway and open plan archway into; DINING ROOM: with laminated flooring and sliding patio doors onto the decking and rear garden FIRST FLOOR LANDING: with doors off to; BATHROOM: with modern white suite comprising shower over bath, WC and sink, window to the rear BEDROOM 1: double bedroom, window to the rear BEDROOM 2: double bedroom, window to the front BEDROOM 3: single bedroom, window to the front EXTERNALLY: The property has front and rear gardens, a decked area by the patio doors from the dining room, ample driveway parking and a single garage. FACILITIES: The property has gas central heating and double glazing.
