" Thanet Well is a purpose built holiday park, in a peaceful location, only 1 mile from the Lake District National Park, close to the Caldew Valley and Mungrisedale, with a range of Scandinavian style cedar lodges. Number 7 is a comfortable property with accommodation comprising: Entrance Hall, Open Plan Living Room, Dining Room + Kitchen, 2 Double Bedrooms and a Bathroom with a Shower over the Bath. Outside there is a parking space for 2 cars and a lawned garden with shrubs, backing onto a woodland area and a decked seating area to one gable end of the chalet. The property also has the benefit of being fully double glazed and having electric heating with a cast iron multi fuel stove.

Location From Penrith, head to junction 41 on the M6 and take the B5305. Follow the road for approximately 6 miles and turn left, signposted to Lamonby. Pass through Lamonby and continue for a further mile. Thanet Well is on the left hand side. Drive into the site, number 7 is the second on the left. Amenities In the village of Skelton, approximately 3 miles, there is an infant/primary school, a public house and a Post Office. In Greystoke, approximately 4 miles, there is a village school, church, village shop and post office and a public house. There is also a public house in Mungrisdale, approximately 2 miles. All main facilities are in Penrith. Penrith is a popular market town with a population of around 15,000 people and facilities include: infant, junior and secondary schools with a further/higher education facility at Newton Rigg University of Central Lancashire. There are 3 supermarkets and a good range of locally owned and national high street shops. Leisure facilities include: swimming pool, climbing wall, golf course, rugby and cricket clubs. Penrith is known as the Gateway to the North Lakes and is conveniently situated for Ullswater and access to the fells. Services Mains Water and Electricity are connected. Drainage is to a shared private drainage system. Tenure The vendors have informed us that the property is freehold and that the property is limited for holiday usage only for 52 weeks a year. There is space for a range style cooker, integral, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, fridge and freezer. The floor is laminate and there is a uPVC double glazed window to the side. Bedroom One 8'9 x 11'3 Having a double glazed window to the rear, a panel wall heater and a built in wardrobe with mirror doors providing hanging and shelf space. The walls are timber panelled. There is access to a storage cupboard above the hallway. Bedroom Two 7'7 x 12'5 Having a double glazed window to the side, a panel wall heater and telephone point. Bathroom 6'3 x 7'7 Fitted with a white three piece suite having a panelled bath with an electric shower over and tiles around. There is a panel wall heater, an electric heated towel rail and a shaver socket/light. The walls are timber panelled and there is a double glazed window to the side. Outside The lodge is approached along a shared driveway to a gravel parking area along the front of the building with parking for three cars.

To one gable there is a wooden decked area accessed from the living room.

To two sides is a lawn garden interspersed with shrubs, there is a timber garden shed, outside light and power point.

The garden to the gable of the lodge backs onto a woodland with a variety of wildlife. "
