This detached bungalow is situated in the Goddington area on the south side of Orpington and is just a stoneβ€˜s throw from the parkland.
Originally built as a three bedroom property, the living space has been opened up to form a large livingdining room, and this is complimented by two double bedrooms, kitchenbreakfast room and bathroom. The master bedroom also has its own en suite shower room.

You access the property through a porch at the front with feature arched double doors, and from here you enter the hallway.
The spacious carpeted hall has a ceiling hatch for access to the loft space above, and a built-in cupboard.

The living room is to the rear and has double doors and windows to the garden, plus feature arched windows to the side. It is carpeted and has a feature fireplace.
The dining area is open plan to the living room and has a window to the side and carpeting.
