This delightful period cottage forms part of a select row of houses in a conservation area within the historic village of St. Mary Cray. Set back from the road, this house is at the end of the terrace and features two bedrooms on the first floor, a cosy living room and re-furbished kitchen and bathroom. Furthermore, the property has a good size private rear garden and own driveway for off-street parking.

The property is double glazed and has gas central heating. The roof has been overhauled recently and new guttering installed.

Entry is through a front door at the front of the house and from here you find the living room with brick built feature fireplace and beamed ceiling.
The kitchen has been fully modernised and includes a comprehensive range of fitted wall and base units along with a one and a half bowl sink unit and mixer tap. The work surfaces are in the wood block style and the flooring is slate tiled style. Cooking facilities are provided by the range cooker and integrated appliances include a fridge, freezer, washerdryer and foldaway extractor fan.
There is a window to the rear and a door from the kitchen leads to a rear lobby where a door gives you access to the rear garden.
Another door from the lobby leads to the bathroom, which has also been fully refurbished. It has a frosted window to the side, pedestal wash hand basin, WC and bath with shower screen and rainfall shower over.

At the front, there is a driveway which provides off street parking for 23 cars and an area of lawn.

Orpington is a thriving suburban town within the M25 with many people drawn to the area for the reputable schools and the railway stations that can transport you into London in as little as 17 minutes. The closest railway station is St. Mary Cray which is a 0.8 miles away. The town centre has a comprehensive range of shops and facilities including the Walnuts Shopping Centre and Odeon cinema. Sports facilities are also well catered for with the Walnuts Leisure Centre, golf courses, football and rugby clubs all within the area. You will also find larger stores at the Nugent Retail Park along with electrical superstores, furniture shops and DIY centres along the Sevenoaks Way. Shopping centres at Bluewater and Bromley can also be found within 10 miles drive or bus ride.
