Additional reception rooms include a sitting room with log burning stove and a conservatory overlooking the swimming pool, gardens and equestrian facilities. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, four further double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there is a decked seating area with solar heated swimming pool and attractive lawned gardens. The equestrian facilities were formerly run as a riding school and livery yard. These comprise 12 stables, hay barn, separate barn / workshop,machinery store, tack and feed rooms and a 40m x 20m rubber surfaced, flood lit, sand school. There are a range of post and rail paddocks with shelter and shade from established trees. The entrance through secure, automatic gates leads via a sweeping driveway to a large parking area.
