" An ideal property for either first time buyers or someone looking to downsize. This one bedroom home is located in a quite cul-de-sac location in the village of South Chailey. This property is presented in excellent condition and consists of a sitting room with wooden flooring, modern fitted kitchen, modern conservatory (currently used as a dining room). Upstairs you will find a spacious double bedroom with storage and a newly fitted bathroom. The private rear garden is mostly laid to lawn with a small decked area. The current owners keep two chickens in a coup and small run. Allocated off road parking is just to the front of the house and visitor parking is also available.

We have loved living in our first home and are only looking to move as we hope to increase the size of our family.We have made some alterations to the house by installing double glazing throughout and adding a new bathrooms suite as well as the odd lick of paint and decking area to the garden, which was very unloved when we moved in but is now a sunny private spot that we have enjoyed sitting out and entertaining our friends.
