Description This semi detached family home has been extended in recent years to provide four bedrooms together with two reception rooms and kitchen/utility room. The recessed front entrance door leads into the entrance hall, a door leads into the sitting room with bay window, fireplace with oak surround and gas point. Engineered solid oak floor flooring leads through into the dining room which has double doors to the garden. A double archway leads into the kitchen which has a range of floor and wall mounted units, built in fridge/freezer, oven with hob above and extractor fan. There is a double aspect with window overlooking the rear garden and door to the side. There is a separate utility room and a door which leads into the open garage. On the first floor there is a split galleried staircase, there are two bedrooms on the right hand side, just recently divided. To the left is the master bedroom with two recessed areas for wardrobes and delightful views across to Hamsey in the distance.
