" An attractive and well maintained three bedroom family home in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the village centre.

Situated in a tucked away position within small cul-de-sac a few moments' walk of the centre of Hurstpierpoint, a well maintained three bedroom semi-detached family home occupying a generous corner plot.

The village of Hurstpierpoint offers an excellent range of local shops and many other amenities including public houses and restaurants. The Health Centre is close at hand whilst the mainline railway station at Hassocks (journey time to London fifty-five minutes), is around one and three quarter miles. Brighton and the south coast are nine miles and Gatwick Airport can be reached by car within thirty minutes. The property is short distance from the ever-popular St Lawrence primary School whilst several other good schools, catering for all age groups, serve the area.

A large double glazed porch leads into the large living area, with stairs rising to the first floor. The kitchen/breakfast room is at the rear of the house and overlooks the garden, having a range of modern fitted units and all necessary services.

On the first floor, there are three good-sized bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

The property is double glazed and has gas-fired central heating with a garage and off street parking.

An undoubted feature of the house is its outside space which extends to three sides of the property. An ideal play area for children or for entertaining, there are areas of lawn, flower and shrub borders and secure retaining fences. In addition, a fully functional detached office is situated to the rear. This has light and power and would be an ideal space for those working from home or as a study area for older children.

Properties of this type and in such a sought after location are rarely available and an internal viewing is strongly advised.
