" Well this one definitely pulled on the heart strings for me! As a kid I spent a lot of time in this road so know it well. There is a real community feel around the location with the local shops just up the road and Easthill Park was always a favourite for football and cricket after school! The property will be a popular choice. As a 1930s terraced house with plenty of scope it will appeal to families and first time buyers. The rooms are good sizes and there is a welcoming conservatory off the kitchen and dining area, just right for a relaxing cuppa on a Sunday morning whilst reading the papers! Or sit in the cosy separate lounge and enjoy the fire with your feet up! The bay windows allow a lot of sunlight into this room.A major benefit to this property is the garage which can also be accessed via the rear garden, providing all important storage space or safe parking for your car and bikes. The garden is westerly facing so catches the sun nicely and will be great for family gatherings or just playing.Various local schools are within walking distance plus good travel links into Brighton, as well as having Sainsbury just down the road. This house is competitively priced and offers amazing value for money.

What the Owner says:

We bought this house for many reasons but the fact that the house was so welcoming and homely made the decision for us.The schools being so handy was a real plus for us, too. There are also many social amenities close by and shops which makes it easy to just pop out for milk!We think this house is perfectly located - especially with the South Downs and the sea so near.
