The beach in Hove is predominately used by local residents as is slightly off the beaten track for holiday makers and the Hove lawns are well known for hosting many summer festivals and attractions.The apartment itself is positioned at the rear of the building and has been sympathetically refurbished and still retains many original features such as the high ceilings, stained glass windows and striking ceiling mouldings.The accommodation consists of a reception lounge with feature fireplace, a contemporary fitted kitchen and bathroom with separate cloakroom, a master bedroom with further feature fireplace and an additional room with a sky light which the current owner uses as a bedroom.Other features of this property include gas fired central heating. Since I bought my home almost 9 years ago I have dramatically improved it by installing central heating, fitting a new contemporary style kitchen and bathroom and have recently re-decorated and re-carpeted throughout. I feel it presents very well and is ideal for just packing your belongings and moving straight in. I have enjoyed my years here and have taken full advantage of local amenities, the beach and being so close to the city centre, you really are within walking distance to everything. I do hope the new owner will be as happy here as I have been and wish them luck in their new home.
