" An excellent five bedroom family house, situated in a small Close on the edge of this particularly picturesque village and having some fine views to the nearby South Downs. EPC - D.

The village centre with its delightful period properties, church and first school is about half a mile away, whilst Amberley Railway Station is approximately one and a half miles. Storrington with its good range of shopping facilities and other amenities is about three miles and the larger centres of Chichester, approximately fifteen, Worthing eleven and Horsham seventeen. Most sporting and leisure activities will be found in the immediate locality, including squash, tennis, lawn bowls and cricket clubs in Storrington, together with the Chanctonbury Leisure Centre.
