" Pick up your belongings & move straight into this impeccably presented detached bungalow. Not a fan of DIY?.... well this could be the home for you as everything is finished to a very high standard. Set in a larger than average plot this fantastic home has a peaceful garden given privacy by large trees which is perfect as it also has a heated swimming pool with decked area, so get your friends around for a pool party, although we recommend you wait until the summer!! Now drag yourself away from the garden & instead sit in the conservatory & enjoy the view, you may even encounter some of the local wildlife. Sounds good & we haven't even mentioned the inside yet....
Well it is about to get better, if that's possible. Step through the front door into a spacious hallway which leads you to 3 double bedrooms, all with built-in storage. When we first moved to Hayling Rise it was so peaceful & felt like we had left the hustle & bustle behind us. The bungalow has been a lovely home for our family & we have enjoyed many parties here with our friends. It is spacious & bright, together with our lovely garden & its beautiful trees serving as large umbrellas when the sun shines on a hot summers day.There is a lot of wildlife here & if you are lucky you may even catch a glimpse of the local woodpeckers!
