" Anyone seeking a lovely seafront home with a very long lease, garage and flexible living accommodation, will not want to miss out on this fantastic apartment with stunning views.

Within the West wing of Seabright, on the fourth floor, you would expect great views. And you certainly wont be disappointed. Both the triple aspect lounge with balcony and master bedroom directly front the English Channel, offering panoramic views as far as the eye can see. Some say this is one of the best views to wake up to.

This property is perfect for someone looking to move from house or bungalow to something completely maintenance free. The communal grounds are impeccably well presented, as are the communal halls and lifts. The exterior of Seabright's West wing was fully refurbished last year. You might feel that moving from a house or bungalow also means a downsize, but here it doesn't have to. Benefiting from a generous lounge plus three bedrooms, or if you prefer two bedrooms and a separate dining room, plus a large number of inbuilt storage cupboards, there is more than sufficient accommodation for most needs.

The flat has just been redecorated throughout, meaning you can simply move in, unpack and enjoy your lovely new home. The kitchen and bathroom are both clean and tidy, and there is an additional separate cloakroom. As a resident of Seabright you'll have your heating included within your annual service charge, together with the services of a caretaker. OWNERS OPINION

The property has been in our family for many years. Recently, Mum has moved out into care accommodation and therefore we are now reluctantly looking to sell the property. My parents were initially attracted by the convenient location, ample parking and far-reaching views. They had previously viewed lots of two bedroom apartments, so when this property appeared with three bedrooms they jumped at the chance to have an additional room to use as a dining room.

I hope the new owners will be as happy here as my parents, their children and grandchildren all were for a great many years. ENTRANCE Communal Entrance Hall Entrance Hall Lounge 5.94m x 4.09m (19'6 x 13'5) Balcony Kitchen 3.10m x 2.18m
