" ‘What a lovely house’ was the first thought when we first walked into this property, from seeing the front of the house and the entrance hall you could tell there wouldn’t be any work required and we weren’t disappointed after seeing all the rooms. The owner is only selling as they are downsizing and they brought the property about 4 years ago as a four bedroom but has since changed the fourth bedroom into a luxury bathroom. The property now has a spacious lounge, three bedrooms, modern fitted kitchen, conservatory, two bathrooms, double glazing and central heating. The main things that sold the property to the current owner were the fact that the bungalow isn’t overlooked to the front or rear and the open feeling to the modern Kitchen which leads directly onto the Conservatory. The rear garden is primarily laid to lawn and is a good size and feels very secluded and private because there are no houses backing on to the garden.
Braeside Avenue is a popular road in Patcham as it’s a fairly quiet road and it’s on the bus route so getting into town should be straight forward even without a car. There are local shops down near the clock tower and access to the A27 & A23 into London are close by.
