" First impressions don’t disappoint with this property, with its’ sense of space being enhanced by a large open hallway and through living / dining room leading to a conservatory. All in all, the living area in this home is light, bright and airy and perfect for family life. The property is an extended and well presented 3 bedroom semi-detached house, benefiting from a number of added ‘extras’ to the usual run-of-the-mill Patcham property. Firstly, there is an extended kitchen. Secondly, being situated on a corner plot, there are gardens to the front, side and rear of the property meaning that there is a great deal of space and doesn’t feel overlooked. Thirdly, there is also an unusually large double garage with private driveway and scope for separate workshop space (subject to planning). In fact, the current owners have actually parked three cars in the garage at one time! There is also a planning application pending to extend into the loft space to afford a further double bedroom with dormer window and separate WC.

What the Owner says:

We’ll miss this home as it’s been in our family for 60 years, and we moved in as a couple 11 years ago. Having done a number of improvements over the years we’ve certainly been very comfortable here, and it’s in a great location with access not only into Brighton, but also to the A23 & A27. Now with a growing family we have decided it’s time to move on, but we’ll certainly miss the house and the space it affords.
We hope the new owners will enjoy living in the house as much as our family has done.
