" Now we apologise in advance, but we are going to have to use a well used Estate agency cliché when describing this superb chalet bungalow. ‘Deceptively spacious’ is often seen on details up and down the country, but with this property it really is a good and accurate description, as from the outside you can have no idea just how much this home has to offer.
The current owners purchased the property around 5 years ago and are only now looking to move as they have two growing boys, and ideally need more bedrooms. Since owning the property they have continued to improve the property and have increased the accommodation by recently adding a feature rear extension, which has transformed the feel of the whole property.
Everything in the property has been completed to a good standard, and with the extension this family home now offers a fantastic modern living space. The lounge and recently installed kitchen both flow into the extension giving the property a very contemporary open plan feel. We feel this is an ideal family living space and is one of the best we have had the pleasure to market.
All family homes need a family garden and this one doesn’t disappoint. There is a large lawned area and private patio area which offer plenty of seclusion, ideal for quiet relaxation or summer barbecues.
We fully recommend an internal viewing to be able to full appreciate all the qualities this property has to offer.

What the Owner says:

If we had more bedrooms we simply wouldn’t be moving! We love everything about our house and are really proud of the work we have carried out and it has been a really good home for a young family. We have been lucky to have found such quiet neighbours and I am sure any new buyer will be happy living here.
