" I am thoroughly excited by being given the opportunity to sell this stunning flat! Preston Park Avenue is one of our area’s most sought after and highly regarded roads and the fact you can walk out of your flat, across the road and into Preston Park is a huge advantage with its leisure, recreational facilities and cafe. As soon as I reached the hall I knew this was going to be a stunning home. The kitchen has a slick, black gloss finish with skirting lighting, there are built-in appliances and a media system. The oak flooring gives a warm and quality feel, which is complimented by great lighting. The living room is a good size and feels nice and light with lovely décor. There is also a study/computer area for anyone wanting to work from home. The shower room is finished with a contemporary style and since owning the flat the owners have added a range of fitted bedroom furniture.Anyone looking for a stunning flat with a quality finish must see this beautiful home.

What the Owner says:

Location was the key factor when we bought our flat! We loved the tree-lined road and being opposite Preston Park. We also felt the address was very prestigious. The flat was beautifully finished and done to a quality standard, which we have enhanced by re-decorating, adding lighting and subtle finishing touches. We liked the mix of character sash windows with a contemporary style. The fact it has great access to the motorway network and that London Road, Preston Park and Brighton stations are all in walking distance were bonuses. Since bringing in the parking permits, we’ve found parking really easy. We also like being able to walk to great pubs and restaurants!
