" Brighton’s impressive viaduct as your very own backdrop! Preston Road has a wide range of local amenities as well Sainsbury’s supermarket. It is just a stroll away from the beautiful Preston Park which has a good selection of recreational facilities or you can sit and watch the world go by in the ‘beehive’ cafe. Brighton Station is also within walking distance, you can use the short cut and nip through Argyle Road onto New England Street, this flat is a perfect commuter pad.

The first thing I noticed about this lower ground floor conversion was light and space in the open plan living/kitchen afforded by the big bay window. There are two double bedrooms so it could be ideal for sharers or buy to let investment buyers alike. Both bedrooms have doors out to the garden area. The bathroom has been refitted and has a modern claw foot bath complimented by slate style flooring. The garden is a good size and gets the afternoon/evening sun, great after a long days work with a glass of wine or beer!

I have loved living in my flat and have owned it for about ten years, although more recently it has worked perfectly as an investment opportunity, I think partly helped by its convenient location. Since owning, I have upgraded the bathroom and shall be redecorating to give it a nice fresh feel ready for the new owner. I really like the open plan living room and kitchen, it was a great social space when friends came to visit along with the garden in summer months.
