What The Owner Says
We have lived here for eight years its been a lovely family home with great neighbours. Its close to good schools, shops, transport links. We get the sun all day and its on the rear garden all afternoon and early evening. We have refurbished and redecorated since we bought the property but we are now ready to downsize.

Ground Floor
A good sized porch leads through into the welcoming hallway. The lounge/dining room is a good sized bright and spacious room with solid wooden flooring, feature living flame gas coal fire, ample space for sofa and dining table with French patio doors leading onto the garden. Its a modern kitchen with a range of fitted wall/base units with heat resistant work surfaces, integrated oven/grill with hob, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer, ceramic tiled floor, the kitchen leads through to the family room which is a spacious room with carpeted flooring and French patio doors leading onto the garden. The ground floor WC is a white two piece suite.
