What The Owner Says
'The house is in a fantastic location with the shops at Unsworth pole just a stones throw away. The motorway is easily accessible and it's in the catchment area for a number of really good local schools. The large windows let in lots of light and make the house feel bright and airy, yet it still has a lovely cosy feel. The cavity wall and loft insulation means the house retains the heat really well, making it warm and cosy in the winter whilst the high ceilings and spacious rooms keeps it lovely and cool in the summer. The rear yard traps the sun all day until setting late in the evening over the fields behind. The neighbours are lovely and many have beautiful gardens to the rear. Having lived here for the past 7 years we will be sad to leave but our growing family means we need something a little bigger. '
