Direction Note:  From our office in Southbourne continue into Seabourne Road in the direction of Pokesdown.  At the traffic lights turn right, take the fifth turning on the left into Harewood Avenue, turn right at the roundabout and then the turning on the left hand side into Harewood Gardens. 

This detached home is set within the favoured location of Littledown, a position that gives easy access to large local employers such as J P Morgan, wide open spaces/playing fields at Kings Park and local schools to include Avonwood Primary, Harewood College and St Peters. The Littledown and Village sports centres/gyms are close by as is the 18 hole 'Open Golf Course'.

The property is presented in good order benefitting from modern Upvc double glazing and a recently replaced gas boiler serving hot water and central heating. Both the bathroom and en-suite have been modernised in recent years as have floor coverings/carpets in many rooms.
