Direction Note: From our office in Southbourne Grove proceed in the direction of Christchurch taking the left hand turning into Southbourne Road.   Castlemain Avenue can be found the third turning on the right hand side.

This three bedroom detached house is set within a popular road in Southbourne just a short walk from the sought after Stourfield junior school. Southbourne Grove with its wide range of shopping facilities, eateries and bus routes is not too far away as are bus routes leading to both Bournemouth and Christchurch town centres.
