There is a large walk in shower with rain style shower head and a fitted vanity unit incorporating storage with recessed wash basin and WC. Natural ventilation is provided by a side aspect window and there is a tall standing heated towel rail.

The secure garaging is accessible from the ground floor communal hallway and from the road via a set of electrically operated garage doors.
