" A most appealing three bedroom detached Chalet Bungalow at the end of this popular coastal cul de sac with the sea almost within a stones throw. This modernised property has the advantage of a c.65' south facing enclosed garden with a useful workshop.

Barton-on-Sea is located on the South Coast of England between the market town of Lymington and the popular resort of Bournemouth. It is a beautiful seaside area with wonderful views of the Solent and the Isle of Wight, surrounded by a charming residential area. The town provides a good range of shopping and recreational facilities. There is a mixture of both state and independent schools in the vicinity. The area is served by several doctors surgery's, a post office and a bank. Cultural entertainment such as cinemas and theatres can be found in nearby Christchurch and Bournemouth. The Property A substantial three bedroom detached Chalet Bungalow at the end of a quiet cul de sac and within a short walk of the cliff top.

At the Somerford roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted for Lymington, New Milton and Highcliffe. Continue through Highcliffe High Street and at the Hoburne roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A337 sign posted Lymington. At the next roundabout (Milestones) continue straight across and continue along the Lymington Road for a short way, turning into Western Avenue on the right after the caravan park.
