" The property is a detached single storey residence built approximately 60 years ago to traditional standards with cavity brick walls under a pitched tiled roof and subsequently extended to the rear creating a large kitchen/dining room and a feature sitting room. The sitting room has two glazed roof lights providing an abundance of light and twin UPVC double glazed casement doors onto the patio and rear garden. The large kitchen/dining room is fitted with a range of modern white wall and base units with a timber effect worktop and an inset sink unit with mixer tap over. There is an integrated electric oven, five burner gas hob and extractor along with space for American style larder fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, tiled flooring, recess ceiling spotlights, twin casement doors onto the patio and ample room for dining table. There are three bedrooms, two of which have feature UPVC double glazed bay windows to the front aspect. The fully tiled shower room is fitted with a modern white suite comprising of a large shower cubicle, a wash basin, WC and bidet and has tiled flooring, a chrome ladder style heated towel rail, recessed ceiling spotlights and extractor fan and a high level double glazed velux window. The front garden is accessed via twin timber gates and has a large shingle driveway providing excellent off road parking suitable for caravan or boat if required. There is a small area of neatly tended lawn with decorative brick edging and mature hedging. Twin timber gates provide access along the side of the property. The rear garden is a particular feature with a good sized area of textured paved patio with decorative brick edging leading to an area of well-kept lawn with high level timber panel fencing and mature hedging providing a good degree of privacy and seclusion. The large detached garage has an up and over door, power, light, UPVC double glazed window, a casement door onto the garden and measures 6.62m x 3.74m.   "
