" A highly inspiring and immaculately presented two double bedroom detached bungalow, which is well positioned on beautiful grounds, only half a mile from New Milton town centre. Features of the property include a large extension across the rear creating a pleasant garden/dining room, two luxury bathrooms and a modern and stylish kitchen with an attractive outlook over the garden. The property offers great curb appeal and an internal inspection comes highly recommended.


The property is a modern detached bungalow built in the 1980s to traditional standards with a cavity wall under a pitched and tiled roof. The property has been incredibly well maintained and upgraded in recent years by the current vendors and is now presented in excellent condition. The entrance hall is bright and spacious with a view through to the rear garden. There is authentic looking laminate effect flooring, which continues into both bedrooms and into the lounge. The kitchen is a large space, located in the centre of the bungalow and is fitted out to a high specification.
