Owners Narrative

We have loved living here for the last 11 years. Going to sleep with owls hooting, and waking to birdsong, including woodpeckers, we can easily forget that our house is so conveniently located on a route into and out of town. Being able to sit out in the garden at the end of the working day, watching the coy carp in the pond, is a great way to unwind, and we have the playing fields and woods at Parkstone Heights just around the corner for walking the dog. The house features in a photograph taken in 1905. It is warm and cosy in the winter, and cool in the summer.

The four double bedrooms have been a huge asset over the years. We no longer need them, but wanted to leave them intact in case anyone else is looking for an affordable 4 bedroom home close to Poole town centre and its park and harbour.
