Bingley is a very sought after town steeped in history and is surrounded by quaint villages which architecturally haven’t been altered for hundreds of years. Bingley houses several Ofsted ‘outstanding’ schools and attracts a wide range of residents, ranging from first time buyers looking to get on the property market in an area which typically holds its value very well all the way to families and elderly buyers looking for that Yorkshire country lifestyle without having to go too far from the city. This property owns half way (approximately) into the river and as such they have fishing and mooring rights.

Agents Notes - We are advised that this property is a ‘high risk’ flood area, however the property DID NOT flood on boxing day 2015 itself. The garden and the street flooded as well as the garage which was all made good by insurance but the house itself did not. There is a void/ cellar space underneath the house which has since been equipped with a pump to prevent flooding in the future, as well as a flood proof flood external door in the kitchen and flood barriers outside the rear of the house (garden side). We are advised by the current owners that the property did not flood in February 2020. "
