" Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is pleased to be offering for rent this 2 bedroomed, garden fronted, mid terraced property in very good condition, in a very convenient spot and popular location, well situated for the motorway and all local amenities.

This property is located at the bottom end of Gillibrand Street - in the bit that's not one-way... making it easier to get to.

Entering the property through the front door, there is a vestibule which leads into the main hallway.

To the right is the front reception room. Its a good-sized room with a decent sized double glazed window that lets plenty of light in.

Further down the hallway is the rear reception room, this is bigger than the front room and would make a great family room. There's plenty of built-in storage and another large window looking out to the rear yard.
