This lovely garden-fronted mid-terraced property is pleasantly situated on Richmond Terrace, only a few minutes walk from Darwen Town Centre and Train Station. Boasting superb views across the Darwen Valley to Darwen Tower.

Internally, the standard of this property is, without doubt, well above the average norm. The pictures hardly do it justice so we strongly recommend booking a viewing as soon as possible because we know this one will be snapped up quick!

On the ground floor we have:

An enclosed vestibule leading to a nice homely modern lounge. Tastefully decorated and with rich light oak wood-effect laminate flooring. The other unique thing about this property which is very obvious from the moment you enter, is that is has a really nice feel to it (We deal with more rental properties than any other agent in the Darwen area and it's not very often we come across this feeling).

The kitchen diner is to the rear and as you can see from the pictures, we have a neatly laid out kitchen with ample cupboard space. The oven, hob and extractor are built into the chimney breast to create a nice feature.
There is plenty of room for a dining table etc with loads of storage available under the stairs...

On the first floor we have a large Master Bedroom at the front, again tastefully decorated, and a Good-Sized Second Bedroom to the rear. Whilst it's a decent size it's not big enough to be classed as a double, but you can decide this when you view it.
