" This property has been extremely well looked after and improved over the past 30 years. As you walk up the steps to the front door you can fully appreciate the immaculate gardens on either side and the stunning views towards Lansdown and South Wales. The porch has useful storage cupboards and leads to the hall where you will find further storage beneath the stairs. The open plan sitting and dining rooms are dual aspect, the window to the front takes in the view across Bath and the patio doors to the rear overlook the garden. A fireplace with inset electric fire in the sitting room is a warming focal point in the winter months. The kitchen has fitted units, integrated appliances, underfloor heating, a serving hatch onto the dining room and a door out to the side access.
