" This is a spacious detached family home offering in excess of 2,200 sq.ft. of living accommodation arranged over two floors. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within the highly desirable Beckington village. One is welcomed into the property by an elegant entrance hall with cloakroom. The sitting room is situated to the left offering a feature bay window and central fireplace. The dining room is to the opposite side, which could also be used as a home office or a playroom. The stunning open plan kitchen/breakfast and family room spans the full width of the house with impressive bi-folding doors leading to the pretty rear garden. The kitchen is of a high specification with three ovens, a coffee machine, drinks cooler, fridge/freezer, induction hob with extractor over and dishwasher. The kitchen is neatly arranged with a range of floor and wall units finished with neutral colour granite worktops.
