Description

This home has great accommodation within including a reception room and kitchen to the ground floor and upstairs there is a double bedroom and bathroom. Outside, there is a low maintenance rear garden and an allocated parking space.

There is a lawned area to the front with a mature tree to the centre with pathway to the side which leads to the part glazed front door opening into the reception room with a window to the front, stairs to the first floor, wood effect laminate flooring and door to the kitchen.

The kitchen has a range of wooden fitted wall and base units with contracting white rolltop worksurfaces over incorporating a stainless steel sink and drainer.
