" After 21 fabulous years our current owners are wanting to wish a fond farewell to this wonderful family home.

Its been witness to their children growing up and going out into the world and while they will always have fond memories of this house its time for them to move on and to hand the keys over to the next family who I'm sure will love and cherish it as much as they have.

The house was built by Bryant homes 21 years ago and is to the Malden design which is one of the most spacious on the development

All aspects of this house are to generous proportions, the double garage and off road parking are just the beginning of whats on offer inside the property.

As you enter the light and airy hallway just take a moment to admire the Karndean flooring which is a feature throughout this family home, it not only looks classy but its also very practical.

As we move to the right we enter the lounge/living room, plenty of space for a couple of sofas and a comfy chair just right when you want to sit back and relax at the end of a busy day. There's a lovely feature fireplace plus you have the french doors out onto the patio area of the back garden, as well as throwing loads of light into the lounge it also allows you to open the room onto the garden and enjoy those long balmy summer evenings.

The lounge leads through into a dining area which our couple have cleverly maximised the use of this room by taking out the connecting wall to the kitchen and making this a really family friendly space, the cook of the house can be busy creating a culinary masterpiece while still participating in family life.

The utility area is a useful addition to any household especially when it links through to the back door and garden, mucky dogs/kids can have their own private entrance to your home minimising the amount of mud they drag through your lovely hallway.

The garden is large enough to keep a keen gardner happy but small enough to be considered low maintenance, the patio area is ideally positioned for a nice glass of wine or a cold beer as the evening sun goes down.

Back inside and round through to the Study/family room those regular arguments on a Saturday night about what to watch on TV can be a thing of the past....if someone isn't happy they can watch Britain's Got Talent or Strictly to their hearts content in the study....

The upstairs of this property is equally well proportioned the galleried landing throws natural light down into the hallway and into each of the spacious bedrooms,
As well as being an excellent size the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with full size bath and separate walk in shower unit, this just goes to show the attention to detail put into each of these properties when they were originally designed.

The other two double bedrooms are both of a good size and wouldn't cause too much friction when being allocated among the family, even the youngest and most discerning would be happy with the single room which is a good size and looks out over the front of the property.

In conclusion this is a lovely family home, it has a fabulous spacious feel helped by the fact that each room flows very seamlessly into the next. Properties on this development are always in high demand so act quickly and book a viewing before it gets snapped up
