" This delightful and quaint terraced cottage is deceptively spacious having been decorated throughout and modernised retaining its original features.

The front door leads to a carpeted lounge with log burnerstove. The lounge has a bay window with sash windows that have had draught sealing installed.

The lounge leads to a dining room through a small corridor that holds under stair storage with shelving.

The dining room has wood laminate flooring, a disused fireplace and has doors leading to the kitchen and the stairwell to the first floor.

The kitchen is recently refurbished with new units to a 39galley39 style layout. There is space and services for integrated oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large induction hob installed within the counter-top. All windows and doors are double glazed.

The kitchen leads onto steps to a patio that is sufficient in size for barbecue and garden furniture and then to a small grass lawn. At the bottom of the garden is a wooden shed that leads on to a shared alley for access to a side road.
