" Sitting in a lovely spot in the centre of Laurencekirk this detached family home is well situated to enjoy local amenities. Internally the property is very well presented and finished and comprises on the ground floor; a bright hallway, a spacious lounge to the front, an open plan kitchendiner with patio doors leading out to the garden and a cloakroom with WC. On the upper floor you will find the landing leading to all four bedrooms. The main bedroom faces the street and has two built in wardrobes and an en-suite with underfloor heating. The rear bedrooms, one with built in wardrobe, enjoy views over the Mearns hills with the remaining bedroom currently used as a study. The family bathroom is a good size and also benefits from built in cupboards and underfloor heating. The property is deceptively spacious throughout and has gas central heating and double glazing. It has a large driveway to the front which can easily accommodate 2 cars as well as a single garage.
